Raw horse meat

Previously, when I went out for dinner with visitors from North America, one of the most rejected was horse meat. In particular, a friend from Canada who lived in Japan for about two years and worked with me together said, “When I was little, I had a horse at home and loved it. I can’t think of eating it.”

But finally, she bravely ate it to understand Japanese culture.

I think horse meat is delicious. The ones that have been cooked are not delicious. Raw ones are rather good. However, domestically produced meat was expensive, and cheaper was imported meat from Canada.

That fact made her even more sad.
